1. Delivery Coverage
- We provide regular home delivery within Dhaka city and nearby areas.
- Delivery outside Dhaka depends on the product type, quantity, and location.
- Livestock, bulk orders, and export items follow a separate delivery arrangement.
2. Delivery Time
- Regular products (milk, eggs, fish, meat, dried fish, fruits, vegetables):
Delivered within 24–72 hours after order confirmation. - Pre-order items (Qurbani cattle, seasonal mangoes):
Delivered according to a pre-announced schedule, which will be shared at the time of order. - Delivery time may vary during Eid, public holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges depend on product weight, type, and delivery location.
- The applicable delivery fee will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
4. Livestock Delivery (Cows, Goats, Sheep)
- Livestock is sold based on live weight.
- Final weight is taken 2–3 days before delivery, and pricing is adjusted accordingly.
- Safe and humane transportation is ensured to maintain animal health and welfare.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address at the scheduled time.
- Please inspect the products carefully at the time of delivery.
6. Failed Delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be delayed or canceled.
- Re-delivery may require an additional charge.
