1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged, spoiled, or physically defective at the time of delivery
- You receive a wrong product different from your order
- There is a serious quality issue verified at delivery time
📌 Important:
The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 12 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable once delivered and accepted:
- Fresh meat, milk, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables
- Live animals (cows, goats, sheep)
- Dried fish, balachao, tuna chips once opened
- Pre-order or customized items
3. Livestock (Cows, Goats, Sheep)
- Livestock is sold based on live weight and physical condition at the time of delivery.
- Once the animal is delivered and accepted, no return or refund is applicable unless there is a proven delivery error from RSF Agro.
4. Refund Process
- If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bKash, bank transfer, or other agreed method).
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Pre-order items (Qurbani cattle, seasonal fruits) may require partial or non-refundable booking money, which will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
